感应电机的特征.一般来说,小型感应电动机所指的就是运转型感应电机,这种电机不只在启动时,在运转当中也使用被助线圈和蓄电器。虽然启动转矩不是很大,但其结构简单,信赖度高,效率也颇大。
.可以连续动转。
.随负荷的大小,电机额定转速也会改变。
.一般E种电源等级,而UL型电机则用A 种。
.有感应运转型单相感应电机和三相感应电机2种。
.单相电机的电源有J(1¢100 50/60HZ),U(1¢110V/115V? 60HZ),L(1¢200V 50/60HZ),C(1¢220V 50/60HZ,1¢230V 50/60HZ),D(1¢240V 50/60HZ)等机种。 参照(图1)
.适用于不需要速度制动的地方。
.三相电机以三相电源驱动感应电机,其效率很高,启动力矩也较大,信赖度高。为广泛使用的电机机种。
.三相电机是使用H(3¢220V 60HZ,3¢230V 50/60HZ),M(3¢380V 50/60HZ),Z(3¢440V 50/60HZ)的感应电机。 参照(图2)2、转速和转矩的特性.在一定电压之下,转速与转矩之间的关系如(图3)无负荷的情况之下,在转矩与转速相近。但随着负荷的增加,其回转速减低到负荷? 与电机转力甜TP平行的P点上。
.负荷一直增加到M点时,电机不会产生更大的转矩,达到R点后就会停止。也就是R-M区间为不稳定区,电机能安全运转的区间为M-O区。3、电压与蓄电器的特性.电压特性可以表现在电机在电压允许的范围内变化时电机转矩感应电动机的转矩,一般以电压的2倍的比例产生变化。
.随着蓄电器的容量,启动转矩与停动转矩会增加,但容量加大为2.5-3倍时,其运转转力矩减少,其启动转矩也不再增加。
.感应电机的转矩不够时,可以增加电压或蓄电器的容量。这种情况会增加电机的损伤,以及温度会极速增高,因此最好维持出厂时间的情况。

For a single-phase induction motor, be sure that the condenser indicated in the name plate should comply with the capacity of the motor.-For a single-phase induction motor, it is not possible to reverse the direction of rotation within a short time during operation because of the inertia torque exerting adversely against the direction the motor is supposed to change to.Thus, stop the motor first and change the rotational direction next. In case you do not, the motor can be damaged.-The power source of a single-phase motor includes J (100V 50/60Hz), U(115V 60Hz), L(200V 50/60Hz) C(220V 60Hz, 230V 50/60Hz). Refer to (Fig. 1)
The three-phase induction motor has simpler connection, and higher efficiency and reliability than the single- phase motor, because it can be driven by a three-phase power source directly. The three-phase motor is popular as a general-purpose motor. The power source for a three-phase motor includes H (220V 60Hz, 230V 50/60Hz), M (380V 50/60Hz), Z (440V/460V 50/60Hz). Refer to (Fig. 2)

- It is designed to be used in a single direction.
- The number of rated revolution of the motor varies depending on the load imposed on it.
- It is suitable for such operation that does not need the speed control.
