本联动线为口服液高速优化组合线，主要适用于高产量的口服液体灌装封口。 结构设计新颖，构思巧妙，工艺精致，将新版GMP对制药设备的总体要求融入到设备的设计生产中，做到了无滴漏、不起泡、不飞溅，杜绝污染，易清洗，为药厂生产出合格药品提供保障。

外形特征：设备外观材质均采用不锈钢拉丝处理、整线外观简洁无死角易清洁，完全符合新版GMP规范，可适应多规格计量生产。

工作原理：注水→超声波粗洗→冲循环水→冲循环水→吹压缩空气→注射用水→吹压缩空气→吹压缩空气→隧道烘箱预热→高温干燥灭菌→冷却→进瓶→灌装→封口→送入下道工序。

运行特征：运行稳定，噪音小；灌装精确，能耗少，破瓶率低，成品合格率高

性能特征：整条生产线可单机控制和连锁控制。洗瓶机三水三气确保洗瓶效果，隧道烘箱高温灭菌确保瓶子干燥，计量泵确保装量精度、跟踪连续灌装，十头连续封口。
