单机由进瓶网带、超声波水箱、送瓶夹瓶装置、水气过滤器、冲洗针头、拔瓶盘和电控系统等重要机构组成。粗洗是利用超声波的“空化”原理对瓶子的内外壁进行除污处理。精洗是利用纯化水、注射用水、洁净压缩空气对药瓶的内外壁进行水气交替独立冲洗。

瓶通过进瓶网带送入超声波水箱进行粗洗，在蛟龙和提升块装置的作用下通过机械手将瓶翻转180°，然后进入多工位的针头无接触连续跟踪水气交替强力冲洗，最后机械手再一次翻转180°并将药瓶推向送瓶轨道，整机可通过调频调节洗瓶机的产量，实现与后道设备稳定联动生产。
