性能特点：

HY-KGF型口服液灌封机是高产量的口服液灌轧设备，适用于5-25ml的口服液制剂和液体的灌装和封口轧盖。

瓶子进入灌轧机，通过进瓶网带或变距螺杆送入12头的灌装盘，顺时针旋转。

物料由玻璃泵/陶瓷泵供液通过跟踪针头和提升灌液。灌入液的瓶子通过环形拨盘送至12个头的轧盖转盘，顺时针旋转。10只柔性单刀轧头跟踪将铝盖（带胶塞）轧紧在瓶口上，铝盖（带胶塞）由振荡料按序排列由轨道送下在瓶子传送中套带在瓶口上。灌轧好的口服液瓶再由出瓶转盘送出机器至出瓶盘。

整机具有无瓶不灌装，灌装不滴漏、不溅液，无极变频调速控制，单机能够完美的与联动线组合生产。
