性能特点：

本灌装生产线为糖浆类灌装优化组合成的全自动联动线。适合制药厂的口服液、糖浆等灌装封口，更换规格后适用于50-500ml的塑料瓶、玻璃瓶。

本机组采用二水一气的方式、水喷头伸入瓶内清洗，采用间歇喷水（伸入瓶内喷水，喷头离开瓶口暂停喷水），具有节约用水的功能。烘箱配备国内外先进仪器仪表，控制系统先进灵敏，性能稳定可靠。灌装机旋盖机、采用恒扭矩旋盖头自动打滑装置不伤瓶盖、性能稳定，灌装不滴漏、不飞溅、灌装头跟踪灌装不起泡，操作简单。可根据客户产量要求增减泵体数量，满足不同客户产量要求。机组可根据客户要求选择不锈钢泵(316L)、陶瓷泵。所有电气配置均采用进口电器配置。

Filling machine, capping machine, adopts constant torque capping head automatic sliding device does not hurt the bottle cap, stable performance, no leakage, no splash, filling the filling head tracking filling without foaming, simple operation. Can according to customer's requirement of the pump body production quantity, to meet different customer production requirements. The unit can according to the customer request to choose stainless steel pump (316L), ceramic pump. All electrical equipment are imported electrical configuration.
