应用范围 主要用于镀制增透膜、带通膜和截止膜等各种膜系，能够实现100层膜的超大型膜系镀膜，也能满足在树脂镜片上镀制各种颜色的增透膜以及在太阳镜片上镀制红、黄、蓝、绿等颜色的反光膜，还适用于装饰品的镀膜，如七彩等颜色。 结构特点 1、配置电子束蒸发及电阻蒸发系统； 2、配置超大坩埚电子枪，整个蒸发过程中膜料表面平整，蒸发分布均匀； 3、配置石英晶体膜厚控制仪可实现成膜速度和镀膜过程的自动控制； 4、配置大功率离子源，膜厚质量好； 5、总体结构设计合理，更符合工艺的要求，真空系统PLC自动控制，操作方便。
This equipment is our newly-designed machine with its vacuum chamber made of stainless steel, for coating various transparent or opaque films, reflective films, iridescent films on resin spectacles for the purpose of industrial or decorative objectives. It is extensively used in many fields such as in optical, electronic, decorative industries and in research institute or film research and application fields.
Equipped with super-crucible E-beam gun, E-beam evaporation, resistor evaporation, film thickness monitoring system, PLC computer controlling system and powerful ion source, coupled with effective vacuum pump group system and efficient cryo-pit, it can realize coating speed and process under auto control with advantages of film evenness of high quality.
This machine can be laid out with PLC computer controlling system, molecule pumping system, auto pressure controller and mass flow gauge as per customer’s requirements.
