本品是以各种糖醇辅以特殊改良剂复配而成,主要用于无蔗糖食品制作,尤其适合无蔗糖蛋糕、面包等烘焙食品的生产。做成的产品特点:
1、具有不含蔗糖、低热量、顺应健康烘焙市场发展潮流。
2、用本品制作的产品,比单用糖醇制作的,同样色泽宜人,口感更清爽,甜度适宜,与蔗糖十分相似,且保湿保鲜功能更好,操作性能也好。
3、本品甜度高、用量少,使用方便。
使用范围和用量:用于食品分类系统中07.01面包、07.02糕点、07.03饼干类。最大使用量不超过66g/kg。建议按白糖用量的30-40%,代替白糖添加使用。注意:一般情况下比白糖面团加水量要增加,发酵会有延缓现象,且烘烤温度需适当提高。
使用方法:与干面粉直接混合均匀后,才添加水及液体配料,或把甜味剂先溶于水后再加至面粉搅拌均匀。

◎Usage:
The product is three times as sweet as white sugar. Thus you may mix it in the amount of 30% to 40% of the amount of use of white sugar with the gluten powder, and then add water or liquid. Or you may first dissolve the sweeteners in water and then add it to blend.
◎Shelf Life:
The shelf life is 12 months when putting at a cool and dry place. As it tends to absorbing moisture, please keep it sealed immediately after using and avoid direct sunlight.
