产品介绍:宝桃吉士粉是食品生产中理想香料粉,易溶于水或分散于水中,具有增强和改善产品的色、香、味及产品的内部组织结构等功能。主要适用于糕点、烘焙食品等产品的馅料,具有软、香、滑、亮、吸水量高、易溶耐烤、耐冻等特点。
产品种类:普通型吉士粉
使用范围及用量:可用于食品分类系统中07.0焙烤食品类产品。最大用量不超过200g/kg。
建议用量和用法:即溶吉士粉可按1份吉士粉3-3.5倍清水或纯牛奶充分搅拌至光滑细腻即可,其他几类吉士粉可按照生产需要添加或按1份吉士粉溶于3-5份清水或鲜奶搅拌均匀,边煮边搅拌。

◎Usage:
Custard Powder: mainly used in cakes, bread, pudding, stuffed moon cake and tarts. The scale of custard to water or milk shall be 1:3 or 1:5. Mix them evenly and stir the solution while boiling it.
Instant custard powder: mainly used for pudding, stuffed food and tarts; add cold water or mineral water to instant custard powder according to the scale of 3:1 or 3.5:1.
